Dear ABC,
We are in the receipt of document sent by your bank. We received delivery of goods yesterday and found that goods are short by 25 quantities. Goods were packed in very good condition in wooden cartons. We don’t think that any tempering would have happen during transport.
It may happen by packing department by mistake. We brought it in your mind in order to that you will take necessary steps. It will be better if you enquire from your packing department rater to blame others. I hope you will send rest of material at the earliest.
