Mistakes while making Introductions

Being a Spoken English faculty and a Soft Skills Trainer, I come across a plethora of people.
Different people INTRODUCE themselves differently.

But some errors just creep in every time....

The most glaring one being:
Myself Mr.ABC,...

Please understand that we should not use "myself" for introductions. The better way out is "I am.."
Again, we never address ourselves as "Mr./Ms". We introduce ourselves with just our name.

so,
I am Namrata Arora.....

would sound a proper introduction than

Myself Miss Namrata Arora...

Myself Miss Namrata Arora:
Contemporary usage is more inclined towards using the Ms form of address for both married and unmarried women. Guess the argument put forth is, when the Mr for a man doesn't advertise his marital status, why should the fairer sex be forced to disclose the same information at the outset!!
So, for a 'modern' woman: Ms or Ms. instead of Miss or Mrs! Unless you disagree with all this... Ms is pronounced like 'miz' as in Liz. :-)
